Easy Morning Workouts

If you’re striving to fit exercise into your daily routine, early morning workouts may be the answer. With these easy (but still effective!) workout routines, you’ll see results without having to get up too much earlier than usual. Below each 5-step morning workout I’ve included a link to a more in-depth fitness article I’ve written about each muscle group. These articles contain descriptions of each exercise mentioned below.

LEGS BUTT
  • 20 plie squats
  • 40 lunges (alternating)
  • 10 leg lifts
  • 2o calf raises
  • 30 scissors

The Perfect Leg Workout

  • 30 squats
  • 20 glute bridges
  • 20 fire hydrants
  • 20 donkey kicks
  • 10 jump squats 

The Perfect Butt Workout

 ARMS  ABS
  •  15 pushups
  • 30 arm circles
  • 15 tricep dips
  • 10 full circle pushups
  • 20 half-circle arm rotations

The Perfect Arm Workout

  • 50 crunches
  • 15 pulse-ups
  • 30 alternating supermans
  • 30 Russian twists
  • 10 V-ups

The Perfect Ab Workout

 CARDIO  FULL BODY
  • 30 jumping jacks
  • 30 high knees
  • 30 mountain climbers
  • 20 crazy jacks
  • 10 star jumps

The Perfect Cardio Workout

  • 1 minute plank
  • 30 plank jacks
  • 1 minute wall sit
  • 30 second hollow hold
  • 50 butt kicks
