Looking to lose a few pounds? Switching out junk food for healthy snacks is one way to really make a difference! Many of the snacks below aren’t your typical healthy snacks, either–you’ll get to try out all kinds of different foods while transitioning to a healthier lifestyle!

  • 1 cup sliced apples + 1 oz low-fat cheddar cheese
